YEYIAN will warranty this product in all its components and workmanship for the period of 24 months, counting from the date of purchase against any defects in manufacture and functionality of the product, during normal and domestic use.
YEYIAN guarantees the buyer the absence of any manufacturing and operation anomalies, including parts, components or materials of the product.
1. This policy covers only products marketed by YEYIAN, through its authorized distributors within Spain.
2. This warranty must be presented with the defective product in order to be valid, completely filled out and stamped by the distributor that made the sale, invoice or receipt, or proof of purchase in the place where it was bought or the National Service Center.
3. YEYIAN may use new, refurbished or used parts that are in good condition to repair or replace any product, at no additional cost to the consumer, as long as the warranty period specified in this policy has not been completed.
4. If the product is not repairable, it will be exchanged for a similar product or with superior characteristics.
5. The time for repair will not exceed 30 natural days from the date the product was received by YEYIAN or its Authorized Service Center.
6. YEYIAN will cover shipping costs required for presentation of the product within the network of our Authorized Service Centers.
7. Extended warranty is available for purchasing within 60 days of the original invoice day.
EXCLUSIONS
YEYIAN will not validate this warranty policy in the following cases:
• When the product has not been used under normal conditions.
• When the product has not been operated according to the instructions that were included.
• When the product has been altered or repaired by any unauthorized YEYIAN personnel.

In case your product presents a manufacturing defect, make sure you have the purchase ticket at hand, if it is within the first 15 calendar days, go to the place where you bought it to validate DOA (Defective on Arrival) guarantee.
When more than 15 days have elapsed from the date of purchase and it presented a failure, yeyian.solutions will cover the shipping costs of the product, as long as the RMA is authorized within the warranty period.
STEP 1 – The device does NOT work

(To apply warranty on monitors that have dead pixels, you must have a minimum of 5 dead pixels.)
STEP 2 – A Customer service representative will assist you and determine the eligibility of your product for RMA.
Our Customer service representative will work with you to verify the status of the device and determine eligibility for an authorized RMA.
NOTE: Your device must be WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD in order to qualify for a replacement if it is a DOA.
STEP 3 – Register your product
Eligible or not, please register the product with our representative by providing the following information. Similarly, you can register your product using our online registration.
STEP 4 – The Customer service representative will sign an approval request for RMA if your product qualifies for replacement. Our representative will quickly submit an RMA approval request after qualifying your device for replacement or repair.
NOTE: You may get an approval immediately if you have contacted us by phone or chat. The standard approval of an RMA is 24-48 business hours.
STEP 5 – Once the RMA is approved.
Once the RMA is approved, you will receive an email with the approval information and information to send * your product to our warehouse (which may not be in your location).
STEP 6 – You will be notified by email

3. Yeyian could use new, restored or used pieces in good conditions to repair or replace any product, without any additional cost to the consumer if the warranty period in the actual policy has not expired.
4. In case the product does not have repair, it would be changed for a similar product or one with better characteristics.
5. The time for repair won't be longer than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product from Yeyian or by our Authorized Service Centers.
6. Yeyian will cover the required shipping costs for the product presentation within our Authorized Service Centers.
